Caroline Renee Coulter Irvin, age 55, of Madisonville, formerly of Cadiz, entered into her eternal rest at 2:50 p.m. Monday July 8, 2019 at Norton Hospital in Louisville.  Born January 18, 1964 in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Stanley Coulter and Almeta Hutcherson Mitchell.  She was a member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Madisonville and a former member of Rocky Ridge Missionary Baptist Church in Cadiz where she was a member of the choir and culinary department, and helped with the Vacation Bible School.  She was sanctified into the Holiness church under her first pastor the late Superintendent Eugene Marable at Providence Church of God in Christ, where she was baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost, sang in the choir and attended Sunday School.  She worked as a volunteer at St. Vincent de Paul Store in Madisonville and was a private home care sitter.  She attended Providence High School where she was a cheerleader and played softball.  She also was preceded in death by her twin sister Carolyn Jena Green; grandmother Annibell Ward; and mother-in-law Hazel Irvin.  She leaves behind to cherish loving memories her husband Christopher R. Irvin of Cadiz; God-mother Youletta Hopson of Cadiz; father-in-law Elliotte Irvin of Cadiz; three daughters Chrishna R. Irvin and Celeyah R. Irvin both of Madisonville, and Christina Jessup of Hopkinsville; four brothers William (Louise) Fuqua of Earlington, Jimmy L. Wallace, David (Tammy) Wallace of Madisonville, and Anthony Mitchell of Louisville; four sisters Cheryl Ratcliff and Jeannetta Hampton both of Madisonville, Estelita (Aurelious) Woolfork of Providence, and Corinna Coulter of Louisville; three grandchildren Jacole Jessup (whom she raised), Re'miah Jessup, and J'coreyion Weston all of  Hopkinsville; and a host of God-brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.  Her life will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Monday July 15, 2019 at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church.  The Rev. Robert L. Cottoner will officiate.  Visitation and wake services will be from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Sunday July 14, 2019 at Elliott Mortuary in Madisonville and after 10:00 a.m. Monday until service time at the church.  Elliott Mortuary in Madisonville is in charge of the arrangements.  Share condolences at www.elliottmortuarycares.com.
