Georgia Mae Sharp Campbell, age 66, of Madisonville, entered into her eternal rest at 7:25 p.m. Sunday November 18, 2018 at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville,TN.  Born February 6, 1952 in Madisonville, she was the daughter of the late George and Lula Ophelia McFarland Sharp.  She was a member of Branch Street Church of God In Christ in Madisonville and Powerhouse Ministries in Bowling Green.  At Branch Street, she served as a Sunday School teacher, soul winner, choir director, and church bus driver.   She was the owner and operator of Georgia's Creations Florist, the first minority florist in Madisonville, for over 26 years.  She retired from General Electric Aviation in Madisonville after 33 years.  She was a member of the Ladies of Distinction Club and coordinator of the African Mahogany dance team.  She also was preceded in death by one sister, Jo Anne Sharp-Smalls.  She leaves behind to cherish loving memories four daughters Christina (Howard) Williams of Madisonville, Jamie Campbell Martin of Louisville, Shawna (Ford) Huskey of Bowling Green, and Ashley Campbell of Madisonville; four brothers Charles Martin of Madisonville, James Sharp of Springfield, MA., Gary Sharp of Earlington, and Donnie (Brenda) Sharp of Madisonville; three sisters Stacia Mayes of Madisonville, Vanessa (Wayne) Huff of Hope Mills, NC., and Connie Sharp of Madisonville; two step-sons, James Campbell Jr. of Madisonville and Isreal (Mariska) Torres of Henderson; one uncle H.L. Patton of Madisonville; one aunt Bobbie Jo (Calvin) Reaves of Cleveland, OH.; and a special friend, Donald Brown of New York; 20 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  Her life will be celebrated at 6:00 p.m. Saturday November 24, 2018 at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Madisonville.  The Pastor Ford Huskey will officiate.  Burial will be in Westside Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.  Visitation and wake services will be after 5:00 p.m. Saturday at the church.  Elliott Mortuary in Madisonville is in charge of the arrangements.
