Anna Lee Couch

Anna Lee Couch, 43, of Evansville, Indiana, formerly of Madisonville, passed away peacefully Wednesday December 7, 2022 at her home. 

Born July 3, 1979 a native of Madisonville, she was the daughter of the late Herman F. Couch and Charlene Jonell Parm. 

She was a member of Flower Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Madisonville where she attended and was baptized at an early age.  She was employed as a server at Denny's Restaurant in Evansville and attended Madisonville North Hopkins High School.  She enjoyed shopping, hairdressing, and loved working as a server.  Anna will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. 

In addition to her parents, she also was preceded in death by a brother Sonny Couch and sister Sonya Slaton. 

She leaves behind to cherish her loving memories her sons Ja'Quarius (Kayla) Brown, Jaliah Brown, Jarae Couch all of Madisonville, Taziah Hopson and Lamontae Bass both of Evansville; her brothers Joel Lucas of Nashville, Tennessee, Kenneth Couch and Johnathan Couch both of Clarksville, Tennessee, Christopher Couch of Evanston, Illinois, and Herman L. Couch of Evansville; her sister Gwendolyn Smith of Madisonville; her uncles Calvin (Derida) Couch of Montgomery, Alabama, Alfred (Roberta) Couch of Hanson; and Frank (Daphne) Couch of Madisonville; her aunt Dora Couch of Chicago, Illinois; her grandchildren Chyna Mann, Jamarion Hopson, Kaleigh Hopson, Aiden Brown, Tristan Bennett, and Kinlee Harris; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

A Memorial Service celebrating the life of Anna Couch will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday January 6, 2023 at Flower Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Madisonville.  Pastor M.L. Quarles will officiate. 

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until service time Friday at the church.
