Debra Louise (Mackey) Faggins

Debra Louise Mackey Faggins, 66, of Goldsboro, North Carolina, formerly of Madisonville, passed away peacefully on Sunday December 14, 2025 at her home with her loving family by her bedside. 

A native of Madisonville, she was born on January 30, 1959 to John Wayne Mackey and the late Laura Belle Hall Mackey.

Her life will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Saturday December 27, 2025 at Elliott-Bowles Mortuary Chapel.

The Reverend Tia Roach will be eulogist.

Burial will be in Eastside Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville. 

Elliott-Bowles Mortuary in Madisonville will be handling her professional services and arrangements.
