Kalie Williams Obituary

Kalie Christine Lavonshai Williams, age 15, of Madisonville, passed away at 6:19 p.m. Saturday January 29, 2022 at Norton Children's Hospital in Louisville. 

Born August 3,2006 in Madisonville to Kevin Lavon Williams Sr. and Shala Charmaine Tandy Williams, she was a member of Lively Stone Church of God of Apostolic Faith in Nortonville.  

Kalie was a God sent child and a true blessing.  She had a smile you will never forget.  She enjoyed watching tv and playing with her toys.  She was in the 10th grade at Madisonville North Hopkins High School and loved her elementary teacher Emily Beeny who taught her so much in class and homeschool.  She was always showered with gifts and visits in the hospital by Charlene and Terrance Minor.  

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents Loretta and Eddie Jones, L.T. and Dorothy Stone, Bill and Katherine Johnson, and Alford and Mammie Williams; her grandparents Robert and Beverly Williams; and by her loving uncle Ricky Donnell Tandy Jr.  

She leaves behind to cherish her loving memories her parents Kevin Sr. and Shala Williams; siblings Ky'Risha, K'Suan, Keira, Kevin Jr., and Kev'Von; grandparents Charmaine Stone, Ricky (Kim) Tandy Sr., great-grandparents Connell (Minnie) Tandy; aunts Yvette Shelton, Sheena Tandy, Erica (Jason) Cummins, Miranda Cook, and Jasmine Tandy; uncles Donae (Sukesha) Morrow and Cameron Tandy; niece Kairos Althea Casey; special brothers Kenny White, KeShawn Stone, Ny'Eem Peyton, Deljuan Johnson, and Lajuan McAdoo; special aunts Dominique Lovan, Belinda White, Nikki Ross, Jessica Williams, and Carla Hightower; special uncles Tyler Harrison, Christopher Shiheid Peyton, Samuel Frazer, Brandon Whitsell, Denzel Arrington, and Robert and Jordon Stone;  and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Due to weather conditions, the funeral service will now be held at 1 p.m. Saturday February 5 at Lively Stone Church of God of Apostolic Faith in Nortonville.  Campus Pastor Joseph Horton will officiate.  Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Earlington.  

Visitation and wake services will be from 12:00 p.m. until service time Saturday at the church.  Masks will be required upon entry.
