In memory of my oldest Nephew-Timothy Leon Cox. I know that you are at rest and God loves you best. You carried so much, I will always remember your smile and those times of laughter. I could tell when you were sincere and when you were joking. You had a soft spot that others may not have known, but to family you expressed your love and devotion. You had a giving heart and would help others in need. If you liked someone, then you liked them, if you did not, oh well (smile). You fought a good fight and you knew when it was time to go to a better place. Rest my dear nephew, I will miss you. And thanks for all that you did for Mother and Dad, you were there for them and I am sure that they have welcomed you home. No more Pain, No more worries, No more struggles. You accepted the call. You said you would be strong and yielded to the will of God. I let go as God has called you to eternal rest. Love you my Nephew and we will meet in God's time and place. Rest, Rest, Rest

Tears
For my friend Tim Cox
By:Theresa Bauer

I sat at my computer; brushing back the tears
Remembering times long ago
Close to thirty years
You were always there; sitting by my side
Listening to my endeavors
Things I tried to hide
Im going to miss you; my dearest friend
The one who simply listened
Stick with you to the end
Your sickness has taken over; life seems so unfair
The time is growing shorter
With the graying of your hair
Wrinkles in your weary skin; the humor in your smile
Will always be remembered
I"ll sit by you awhile
You can call me by my name; or any name you choose
Im scared to death of whats to come
The friendship I will lose
We will sit and reminisce; look back over the years
Its funny how our paths have crossed
I have to face my fears
God will come and take you soon; leaving me to cry
To face the world without you in it
Dont even want to try
Youre the my best friend; the one who knows me best
Its our closeness I will miss
When youre laid to rest
You tell me not to worry; dont be full of sorrow
My time on earth is almost over
Therell always be a tomorrow
Disease has taken over your mind; your body needs a rest
Who am I to question God
He who knows you best
fifty three years a full life you have led
I'll push back all my tears
And listen to what you said
I know I will miss you- my dear special friend
I will sit here by your side
And love you to the end

I will miss you my dearest friend Tim

The Hand of God has touched your son, brother, father, grandfather and gave him rest. His memory lives on in each of you. Be comforted and know that earth has no sorry that heaven cannot heal.
